Database Management and User Training **Job Description:** An Agro\-Industrial company is seeking a Systems Assistant and Developer. **PROFILE** Graduate technician from a university or institute with knowledge in: Programming languages (C\#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, TypeScript, Next.js, Visual.NET) Databases (SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Mongoose). **RESPONSIBILITIES** Maintenance and Technical Support (Monitor the SSF system to ensure its availability and performance. Resolve technical issues affecting SSF functionality. Assist end users with system operation and troubleshooting.) SSF Development and Customization (Program and customize SSF modules to meet the company's specific needs. Develop new modules or features as required by departments. Modify reports, queries, and outputs generated by SSF to fulfill the company's analytical requirements.) Database Management (Maintain databases associated with SSF, ensuring data integrity, security, and backup.) User Training (Train end users on SSF usage and new functionalities. Prepare user guides.) Security and Access Control (Configure user roles and permissions in the SSF system to ensure only authorized personnel have access to specific functions or data.) System Updates (Plan and execute SSF updates, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure. Conduct post\-update testing and validation to verify correct operation of new modules and enhancements.) Process Analysis and Improvement (Collaborate with teams across various company departments to analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities.)
