REGIONAL SUPERVISION MANAGER We are seeking a professional with leadership and management capabilities to supervise our agencies, ensure compliance with operational standards, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of our operations. Position Objective Supervise, monitor, and verify the proper operational and administrative functioning of assigned agencies, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, customer service standards, ongoing staff training, and continuous process improvement. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising agencies, branches, or operational staff. * Knowledge of operational management, process control, and customer service. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Familiarity with logistics systems, route monitoring, and management indicators (KPIs). * Experience in training and supervising work teams. * Willingness to travel among the agencies in Mala, Cañete, Chincha, and Pisco.
