Supervision and training in workplace safety **JOB OPPORTUNITY \| OCCUPATIONAL RISK PREVENTION SPECIALIST** **Immediate availability** At IFLUSAC, a leading company in metal-mechanical and industrial solutions, we continue growing and seek to welcome a committed, analytical Quality Engineer with a continuous improvement mindset to our team. ***Academic Qualifications:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields ***Requirements:*** * Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). * Specialization in OSH. * Certified courses in high-risk work activities. * Availability to work at the office (Santiago de Surco), workshop (Huachipa), and assigned project sites. ***Responsibilities:*** * Management of OSH documentation: IPERC, PETS, ATS, reports, and indicators. * Ability to identify, assess, and control operational risks. * Supervision of high-risk work activities and verification of compliance with safety standards. * Conducting trainings, inductions, drills, and awareness sessions for personnel. * Management of the SSOMA dossier. * Personnel authorization for site work. * Conducting plant inspections to verify compliance with safety protocols, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and conditions of emergency stations. * Implementation and supervision of SSOMA norms, standards, and procedures. * Documentation generation for both office and assigned fieldwork. * Follow-up on the Occupational Safety and Health Committee. * Monitoring and updating of OSH policies. * Other related duties. ***Working Hours:*** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM * Saturday: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM ***Benefits:*** * Timely payments (bi-weekly and end-of-month). * Formal payroll from day one. \- MYPE Regime * Labor benefits as stipulated by law.
