Job Summary: PROTEQSA SAC is seeking a PDR with strong SSOMA supervision skills to oversee safety regulations, manage risks, and support general services in construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Hazard identification and IPERC risk assessment PROTEQSA SAC, a company specializing in remodeling projects and general services, is currently seeking a PDR with the ability to support supervision of minor works (painting, metal-mechanical work, drywall, plumbing, masonry, and others). Required Profile: REQUIREMENTS: Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in high-risk work. Minimum 2 years of experience in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). Knowledge of SSOMA regulations and document management. Minimum 2 years of experience supervising minor works (general services). Courses or diplomas in high-risk work supervision. Experience in external inspections and audits. Knowledge of Law No. 29783, ISO 14000, and ISO 45001. Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. ***Knowledge of construction processes.*** ***Class A1 driver's license.*** RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and verify compliance with SSOMA standards within the company and on-site. Support implementation of the annual safety and environmental program. Identify hazards, assess risks, and update IPERC matrices. Conduct on-site inspections and generate reports of findings and observations. Supervise high-risk work and verify SSOMA compliance among third parties. Provide emergency response support and maintain up-to-date SG-SSOMA records. Participate in drills, training sessions, and brigade formation.
