RUBBER FINISHING OPERATOR

Job Summary: Recap Industrial SAC seeks operators for the manufacturing and coating of rubber and polyurethane products, performing grinding, sanding, repair, and inspection of parts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manufacturing and coating of rubber and polyurethane products. 2. Surface grinding, sanding, and finishing. 3. Operation of angle grinders, grinding machines, and cutting tools. Recap Industrial SAC is engaged in the manufacturing and coating of rubber and polyurethane products. Duties: \- Deburring and cleaning of rubber parts. \- Grinding and finishing surfaces according to specifications. \- Repairing imperfections using cold or hot patching. \- Visual inspection of finished parts. \- Cleaning and basic maintenance of work tools. Requirements: \- Completed secondary education or related technical studies. \- Proficiency in operating angle grinders, grinding machines, and cutting tools. \- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (tape measure and caliper). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Work Location: Los Olivos, near the Caseta bus stop, Industrial Zone. Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month. Work Mode: On-site employment
