We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, a holistic understanding of the business, and outstanding ability to develop executive presentations. This role will contribute to anticipating, explaining, and planning the country’s performance by transforming financial, commercial, and operational information into clear messages, robust executive narratives, and actionable recommendations for decision-making. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Analyze and explain the country’s financial performance, integrating perspectives from its businesses and entities, and identifying drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities. * **Lead the country’s budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection processes**, aligning assumptions with business units and Finance. * **Monitor progress against financial targets and KPIs**, anticipating deviations and proposing management actions. * Build a management-level view of the country using financial, accounting, and operational data, coordinating analysis with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Data, and other relevant areas to understand their impact on performance. * Develop **executive presentations** for local and regional leadership, committees, and other decision-making forums—starting from the conclusion, structuring the narrative, prioritizing key messages, and translating complex analyses into clear, visual, and actionable recommendations. * Develop scenarios, financial models, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate decisions, initiatives, and country-relevant topics. * Act as the **Financial Planning subject-matter expert** for local management and as the **coordinator with Regional Planning and Business Partners**, providing a holistic view of the country’s performance. * Drive continuous improvement, automation, and standardization of planning and information management processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Financial Planning, Financial Performance Management, Corporate Finance, or related fields. Experience in the financial sector, CFA / FRM Level I/II, and in regional or multi-entity environments will be highly valued. * Solid knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and performance management. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. Familiarity with automation tools and AI applications in Finance is desirable. * Demonstrable experience preparing presentations for senior executives, committees, or boards, including defining core messages, structuring narratives, prioritizing information, and converting complex analyses into concrete, visual, decision-oriented messages. * Strong analytical capability, structured thinking, communication and influence skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and support recommendations clearly and concretely. *This opportunity is also open to persons with disabilities.*
