The purpose of this role is to lead and ensure the execution of the inventory control model under ICS standards, guaranteeing the accuracy, traceability, and security of vehicle and spare parts stock through team coordination, risk management, and the systematic incorporation of continuous improvement based on identified deviations. **What You’ll Do** Key Responsibilities * Lead the execution of ICS inventory controls (counts, audits, validations) for vehicles and spare parts. * Supervise inventory accuracy and proper stock adjustment management in systems. * Manage and prioritize relevant variances, ensuring root cause analysis and action plans. * Coordinate with key areas (Logistics, Operations, Finance) to resolve incidents and ensure compliance with controls. * Drive continuous improvement based on findings related to ICS compliance and Logistics leadership requirements. * Define and manage the counting and control plan according to criticality (inventory type, turnover, risk). * Ensure physical security of inventory and compliance with safeguarding policies. We’ll **Match** if you meet the following **Requirements**: **Education & Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency * Knowledge of Logistics, process improvement, and inventory control * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas), data analysis, and visualization tools (Power BI or similar) * Strong communication skills to explain findings/data inconsistencies and collaborate across departments. * Organizational and responsible mindset to meet deadlines and deliverables in a dynamic environment. * Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory, or stock control functions. * 2 years of team leadership experience.
