At El Leñador JV, we continue growing and seek a committed, organized leader with experience as a Store Manager \- Full-Time Mode **Requirements:** * University graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Manager, Store Leader, Store Supervisor, or similar roles. * Availability to work in areas near Villa El Salvador **Responsibilities:** * Plan and lead store team activities to achieve the established sales budget. * Monitor and supervise sales team, cashier, and warehouse activities to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer service protocols (work schedules, overtime, vacations, etc.). * Supervise and control store operations, ensuring adherence to established parameters to guarantee proper functioning and compliance with current regulations. * Supervise and manage displays to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers. * Manage appropriate inventory levels to maintain expected stock for sales execution. * Conduct unannounced warehouse inventories weekly to monitor the established process. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll with all statutory benefits. * Fixed salary * Bi-weekly payments * Opportunities for growth and continuous training.
