Implementation of sales strategies and staff motivation A leading retail company specializing in vehicle-related convenience stores, with over 18 years of experience, is currently seeking personnel for the position of **STORE LEADER** at our store located at **Av. Panamericana 336 \- Lte. 10 (REF: Two blocks from Capilla Guadalupe).** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience leading teams. (Mandatory) * Over 1 year of experience as Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Customer Service Representative. * Over 1 year of experience in retail, convenience stores, automotive, hardware, fast food, or similar industries. (Mandatory) * Technical graduates or university graduates in Marketing and Sales, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Availability to work retail store hours, Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Excel. (Mandatory) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and coordinate team tasks, including scheduling, vacation coverage, and achievement of established performance indicators. * Conduct weekly rotating inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent losses or errors. * Deliver sales training, protocol instruction, and administrative procedure training to improve team efficiency. * Implement sales strategies and motivate staff through training, product assortment adjustments, and shelf placement optimization to maximize results. * Ensure compliance with store protocols, including opening hours, seller checklists, store aesthetics, and cleanliness. * Supervise merchandise receipt, monitor product rotation, and ensure execution of current promotions. * Monitor cash reconciliation, daily sales closing, bank deposits, and petty cash handling, ensuring proper management of income and expenses. **BENEFITS:** * Career development path. * Formal payroll registration from the first day of employment. * Statutory benefits. * Profit-sharing. * Bonuses for achieving sales targets.
