At El Leñador JV, we continue growing and are looking for a committed, organized leader with experience as a Store Manager — Full-Time position. **Requirements:** * University graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Team Leader, Store Supervisor, or similar role. * Availability to work in areas near Villa El Salvador. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and direct the store team’s activities to achieve the established sales budget. * Monitor and supervise the sales team, cashier, and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with established procedures and customer service protocols (e.g., work schedules, overtime, vacations, etc.). * Supervise and control store operations, adhering to established parameters to ensure proper functioning and compliance with current regulations. * Supervise and manage product displays to ensure a positive customer shopping experience. * Manage appropriate inventory levels to maintain expected stock for sales execution. * Conduct unannounced weekly inventories in the warehouse area to monitor the established process. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll with all statutory benefits. * Fixed salary. * Bi-weekly payments. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training.
