Job Summary: HSE Supervisor responsible for ensuring compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental standards, and managing risk prevention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the supervision of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards. 2. Actively participate in incident and accident investigations. 3. Conduct training sessions and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) teams. EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree and current professional license in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Valid professional license (mandatory). * A diploma or specialization in Industrial Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management is desirable. EXPERIENCE * Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SHE) matters. * Experience in waste management and administration companies is desirable. REQUIREMENTS * Knowledge of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SHE) Management. * Knowledge of Occupational Health. * Knowledge of IPERC (Identification of Hazards, Risk Assessment, and Control). * Knowledge of accident and incident investigation. * Familiarity with the Comprehensive Waste Management Law. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel at intermediate or advanced level). * Willingness to travel to remote areas of the country. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS * Supervise compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards across operations. * Conduct safety inspections at units, facilities, and projects. * Deliver safety training sessions and safety talks to personnel. * Develop and update IPERC matrices and environmental aspects. * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents. * Manage the resolution of findings from internal and external audits. * Coordinate the distribution and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). JOB DETAILS Salary: S/.3,200.00 - S/.3,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
