Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Textile Pattern Maker to create and develop patterns, modify patterns using LECTRA, and support the development of new models. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with cutting, sewing, and production departments A textile industry company is currently seeking a **Textile Pattern Maker with experience in the LECTRA system**, to join our cutting workshop. **Responsibilities:** * Pattern making and development for garments. * Pattern creation, modification, and correction using the LECTRA system. * Grading patterns according to size charts. * Creating markers to maximize fabric utilization. * Interpreting technical specifications, samples, and sewing requirements. * Verifying measurements and details of patterns prior to production. * Adjusting and correcting patterns as required. * Coordinating with cutting, sewing, and production departments. * Supporting the development of new models and samples. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Textile Pattern Maker. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in the **LECTRA system**. * Knowledge of pattern making, grading, and marker making. * Experience in industrial garments and uniforms. * Ability to interpret technical specifications. * Responsible, organized individual with strong teamwork skills. * Availability to work on-site in San Martín de Porres. Salary: S/.1,092.86 \- S/.2,200.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
