We are looking for a responsible Warehouse Clerk to manage the comprehensive and operational aspects of the warehouse. The incumbent will be responsible for both physical merchandise control (receiving, organizing, and dispatching) and administration of all movements within the system, to ensure inventory accuracy, process efficiency, and strict adherence to delivery timelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and record incoming, outgoing, and transfer merchandise movements in the ERP system to maintain real-time stock updates. * Receive and verify merchandise to ensure accuracy between purchase documents and physical receipt. * Locate and organize products in designated areas to protect their integrity, facilitate rotation, and optimize available space. * Conduct physical inventory counts (cyclic and general) to safeguard stock reconciliation between system and physical records, and report any discrepancies. * Perform order picking and packing to ensure timely service to customers, projects, and e-commerce channels. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and visual standardization in the warehouse work area and aisles. * Assist in loading and unloading merchandise during receiving and dispatch processes. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or basic technical studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a warehouse clerk, with responsibility for both physical and systemic warehouse control. * Basic-level Microsoft Excel proficiency (use of tables, filters, and data consolidation). * ERP system proficiency. * Physical capability to handle, load, and move merchandise. **Conditions and Benefits:** Formal employment registration.
