Join a team with a positive work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Properly load and unload waste. * Follow established procedures. * Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Knowledge of cargo handling and loading. * Waste Management training. * Minimum 6 months of experience in cargo handling and loading (or related fields). * Reside in the Ventanilla area or nearby locations. * Willingness to travel to provinces. **Benefits:** * Salary: S/ 1,130 * Transportation allowance: S/25 * Working hours \- Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.; Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. * Bi-weekly and monthly payments. * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage. * Formal payroll registration from day one. * Cooperative agreements for personal loans. * Training on Mental Health and Emotional Well-being. * Positive work environment **Address:** Av.
