What profile are we seeking? * **Top-tier salespeople:** Minimum 1 year of proven field sales experience, pre-sales, street promotion, intangible product sales (e.g., insurance, credit cards, number portability, loans, telecom plans), or direct on-site customer acquisition. * **Pure ambition:** Individuals fully oriented toward achieving aggressive targets and highly motivated by commissions. * **Exceptional communication skills:** Outstanding speaking ability, persuasion, presence, and handling of difficult objections in cold calls. * **Digital discipline:** Ability to work under supervision and report in real time using digital tools and mobile applications.
