Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Creator Advisor to drive the growth of streamers, optimize live broadcasts, and support their professional and digital development. Key Highlights: 1. At **Andes Panda**, a digital entertainment agency, we provide comprehensive support to content creators and serve as the official bridge between TikTok and its users. Our mission is to drive the growth of streamers, optimize their live broadcasts, and accompany them throughout their professional and digital evolution. **Main Responsibilities** * Identify, contact, and advise streamers and creators. * Design, implement, and improve TikTok communication strategies. * Evaluate performance metrics and suggest corrective actions. * Identify digital trends and transform them into expansion opportunities. * Promote strategic partnerships and strengthen creators' presence. * Support the consolidation of talents' digital identity. **Required Profile** * Students from the 5th semester onward or graduates in Communication, Marketing, or related fields. * Customer service, sales, or digital community management experience is valued. * Must reside in Lima and be available for in-person work in Miraflores. * Passion for the digital environment, creativity, and outstanding communication skills. **Position Conditions** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm; and the last two Saturdays of each month, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. * **Salary:** S/1200.00 \+ uncapped commissions * **Work Mode:** In-person in Miraflores. * **Work Hours:** Full-time.
