If you are passionate about mixology and enjoy working in a vibrant environment, this is your opportunity! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Beverage Preparation:** Prepare classic cocktails, signature drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages according to the venue’s quality standards. * **Customer Service:** Greet guests at the bar, advise them on the cocktail menu, and deliver exceptional service. * **Mise en Place:** Organize and prepare all necessary supplies (fruits, syrups, glassware) before each shift. * **Inventory Control:** Monitor liquor and supply stock levels, report shortages, and assist with vendor deliveries. * **Maintenance and Cleaning:** Ensure the bar area, tools, and workstations remain immaculate and comply with hygiene standards. * **Order Management:** Operate the order system and coordinate with the dining room team for seamless service. **Candidate Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of **\[1 or 2]** years in similar positions (restaurant-bars or high-volume bars). * **Knowledge:** Solid foundation in classic cocktails, bar techniques, and glassware handling.
