Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to place credit agreements, manage databases, visit clients, and conduct sales and post-sales follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. High commissions with no income cap 2. Continuous training 3. Career path opportunity MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Generate placement of credit agreements: Personal loans, Debt purchase, and Re-engagement. Assigned to agreements (Essalud, Minsa, Ministries, among others). Manage the assigned database. Visit clients at various agreements and verify they meet the required criteria. Conduct sales and post-sales follow-up and closure (loan disbursement). WE OFFER: Commissions starting from the first disbursed transaction. High commissions with no cap on income numbers. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in personal loan placement (AGREEMENT experience preferred). Experience in financial product sales and/or active sales. Organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Laptop and internet access at home.
