Manage through logistics collaboration with customers, ensuring efficient supply of requested products to their delivery points served by Kimberly-Clark, guaranteeing integration between commercial and logistics functions to align delivery requirements, prioritize customers, and pursue continuous process improvement to achieve business objectives at both commercial and logistics levels, and provide our customers and consumers with the best service at the lowest possible cost. * Manage alignment of customer service requirements. * Periodically align with customers on priorities for service and cost improvement. * Ensure correct and efficient supply of Kimberly-Clark products across the logistics chain of assigned customers. * Effectively manage claims raised by assigned customers. * Collaborate with customers’ logistics teams to review costs/fees and propose revisions or upward risk alerts. * Support Kimberly-Clark’s logistics teams in managing issues within the order fulfillment flow (blocks, rejections, claims). * Continuously monitor market changes and escalate this information to enable timely response. * Periodically evaluate service level and satisfaction results. * Track proper handling of claims generated by customers. * Evaluate proper functioning of Order Management, Billing, and Transportation with logistics teams. * Coordinate with Kimberly-Clark’s logistics team to identify logistics efficiency opportunities for distribution cost reduction and service level improvement. * Coordinate with Kimberly-Clark’s commercial and logistics teams to efficiently dispatch suggested orders and channel promotional push orders, based on dispatch volumes (m3), product sellout activation, minimum store order quantities, and store warehouse receiving capacity. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in logistics management or international trade. * Knowledge of SAP and handling of customer and/or supplier databases. * Languages: Advanced English. * Advanced SAP proficiency. * Office software proficiency. * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps expertise. **Guided by Purpose.
