Experience in FTTH networks and fiber optic equipment is valued Job Description: **Job Summary** We are looking for a proactive **FTTH Installation Technician** with strong teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in fiber optic cable laying and installation, as well as an attitude oriented toward problem solving and goal achievement. **Responsibilities** * Perform fiber optic cable laying, relocation, and connector replacement. * Operate fiber optic equipment. * Ensure proper installation and operation of FTTH networks. * Comply with safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) for work at heights. * Manage documentation related to completed installations. **Requirements** * Valid driver's license (Category A1\). * Knowledge of PPE usage and experience in work at heights. * Familiarity with FTTH networks and fiber optic equipment is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting deadlines. **Benefits** * Fixed salary starting from S/ 1,500 \+ driving bonus. * Unlimited production bonuses. * Weekly fuel allowance. * Mobility rental allowance ranging from S/800 to S/1,000. * Training provided for new hires without prior experience.
