Responsibilities Lead the implementation of disciplines focused on Operational Excellence for Mine Operations, Maintenance, Warehouses, Concentrator Plant, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions* . Promote the identification of improvement opportunities, define metrics, and quantify impacts on non-value-adding processes and operations; implement improvement levers and ensure sustainability* . Facilitate collaboration among different teams, departments, and process owners, ensuring effective communication and synergies to achieve continuous improvement projects* . Disseminate the Lean Six Sigma methodology and drive best practices in operational and management activities across Mining Units and Corporate functions* . Design, standardize, deploy, and measure end-to-end cross-functional processes across Corporate and Mining Units* . Manage process automation projects through diagnosis, impact quantification, technology selection, and implementation* .
