**The Opportunity**
This position is located in Lima, for the ID division. Our Infectious Diseases Business Unit in Lima \- Peru. This role develops the assigned territory in POC projects for Infectious Diseases aligned with the company's portfolio, ensuring growth and profitability of the assigned region, achieving the annual sales and profit plan approved by Commercial Leadership, in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
**What You'll Do**
* Achieve the sales budget in the assigned territory by developing new and existing customers in the POCT segment within your territory.
* Propose commercial strategies for implementing POC projects and cross-selling in the assigned territory.
* Plan and record commercial activities—including visits, opportunity generation, and follow-up—in the CRM tool.
* Identify tender opportunities and lead cross-functional teamwork with the sales force to submit tender proposals.
* Ensure delivery and implementation of training programs proposed by the organization.
**Required Qualifications**
* Professionals in administrative or health sciences fields
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
* Intermediate English language skills
* Minimum 5 years of commercial management experience handling healthcare providers and insurers, including at least 3 years managing key accounts with demonstrable business results
