




Job Summary: We are seeking maintenance staff with experience in facility cleaning and disinfection, responsible for reporting needs and ensuring site hygiene. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of kitchen utensils and furniture. 2. Ensure hygiene and visual appeal of the storefront and in-store displays. 3. Inspect and report proper functioning of sanitary fixtures. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- 1 year of experience (preferred) in MAINTENANCE. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Request necessary cleaning materials for the dining area from the Administrator. \- Keep kitchen utensils and furniture clean and disinfected. \- Notify the Administrator if pest fumigation is required due to insect infestation or other crawling animals. \- Keep the storefront facade clean, including stands and partitions, without interfering with customer comfort. \- Perform regular external cleaning of slot machines. \- Conduct ongoing cleaning of display-case prizes, ensuring they always appear clean and attractive. \- Assist with purchases related to dining area needs, as requested by the Administrator. \- Verify proper functioning of sanitary fixtures and report damaged items for replacement. \- Hand over completed time sheets and cleaning material usage logs to the next shift staff and inform the Administrator upon task completion for subsequent removal.
