Gross salary: S/. 1500 (Payments are made monthly, on the 4th of the following month). **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for keeping building areas clean and orderly * Perform daily cleaning of all condominium areas (floors, stairs, glass, partitions, storage rooms, reception, common areas, elevators, parking lots, etc.) * Responsible for requesting the monthly cleaning supplies list. * Report any malfunctions, breakages, or irregularities affecting the operation or aesthetics of common areas to security and administrative personnel. **Job Requirements:** * Availability to work Monday through Sunday (with one day off), in 8-hour shifts from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. * Knowledge of cleaning products and proper application techniques to preserve materials and equipment. * No police or judicial records. * Responsible, punctual, and service-oriented individual. **Benefits:** * Enrollment in MYPE payroll starting from the second month * 15 days of annual vacation * Enrollment in Essalud * Contributions to the pension system (AFP/ONP) * Bonus payments in July and December * Double pay for holidays worked (if required) * Pleasant work environment **Important Notes:** * One-month probationary period paid via honorarium receipt; transition to formal payroll starting from the second month. * Holidays must be worked. * Approximate net salary: S/1,305 (after deduction of pension contributions) * Immediate availability required. **Dress Code:** * Solid-color polo shirt (black, white, or navy gray) without logos; long sleeves preferred. * Sweatpants (black, blue, or gray).
