I. Functions and Responsibilities The primary role is to ensure seamless daily operations—from food and beverage service to entertainment experiences—while maintaining full administrative control over the venue. · **Operational Supervision:** Coordinate and supervise all areas of the venue (dining room, bar, kitchen, security, and entertainment *staff*) during the shift, beginning at **5:00 p.m.** · **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high-quality service standards in a high-traffic nighttime environment. · **Customer Service Management:** Ensure an exceptional customer experience by proactively handling conflict situations and guaranteeing a safe and pleasant atmosphere. · **Logistics and *Stock*:** Manage orders, ensure adequate *stock* of supplies (beverages and food), and conduct daily inventory control. · **Administration and Reporting:** Perform cash control, daily closings, and prepare sales and operational performance reports. · **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene standards, and applicable municipal regulations for food, bar, and entertainment establishments. II. Job Requirements · **Experience:** Minimum 2\-3 years in management roles, preferably in restobars, bars, nightclubs, or high-traffic nighttime venues. · **Education:** Completed technical or university studies in Hotel Administration, Tourism, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. · **Key Schedule: Mandatory availability starting at 5:00 p.m.** (Night shift). · **Competencies:** Proven leadership, ability to make decisions under pressure, excellent communication skills, and results orientation. · **Knowledge:** Proficiency in inventory control tools, POS systems, and knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP or similar).
