Problem-solving orientation and goal achievement **Job Summary** We are looking for a proactive **FTTH Installation Technician** with excellent teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in optical fiber cable laying and installation, as well as a problem-solving mindset and commitment to achieving objectives. **Responsibilities** * Perform optical fiber cable laying, relocation, and connector replacement. * Operate optical fiber equipment. * Ensure proper installation and operation of FTTH networks. * Comply with safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements for working at heights. * Manage documentation related to completed installations. **Requirements** * Valid driver's license (Category A1\). * Knowledge of PPE usage and experience working at heights. * Familiarity with FTTH networks and optical fiber equipment is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Results-oriented with adherence to deadlines. **Benefits** * Fixed salary starting from S/ 1,500 \+ driving bonus. * Unlimited production bonuses. * Weekly fuel allowance. * Mobility rental allowance ranging from S/ 800 to S/ 1,000. * Training provided for new hires without prior experience.
