Results-oriented approach and adherence to deadlines Job Description: **Job Summary** We are looking for a proactive **FTTH Installation Technician** with strong teamwork capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills for fiber optic cabling and installation, as well as an attitude oriented toward problem-solving and goal achievement. **Responsibilities** * Perform fiber optic cabling, relocation, and connector replacement. * Operate fiber optic equipment. * Ensure proper installation and operation of FTTH networks. * Comply with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for work at heights. * Manage documentation related to completed installations. **Requirements** * Valid driver's license (Category A1\). * Knowledge of PPE usage and experience in work at heights. * Familiarity with FTTH networks and fiber optic equipment is preferred but not mandatory. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Results-oriented approach and adherence to deadlines. **Benefits** * Fixed salary starting from S/ 1,500 \+ driving bonus. * Unlimited production bonuses. * Weekly fuel allowance. * Mobility rental allowance ranging from S/800 to S/ 1,000. * Training provided for new staff without prior experience.
