Inventory management and supply to production At **Campo Grande Peru**, the country's leading online wholesale food market, we are looking for a **Warehouse Assistant** to optimize and support our logistics and procurement operations. Your mission will be to ensure the correct receipt, secure storage, and smooth flow of goods, guaranteeing that the production area and commercial orders have the exact stock—organized and in optimal condition. **Responsibilities:** * **Goods Receipt:** Unload, weigh, and verify incoming products (grains, nuts, etc.), confirming exact alignment with delivery notes. * **Supply to Production:** Timely and accurate provision of required inputs to the production or packaging area to ensure operational continuity. * **Internal Control and Inventory:** Support physical inventory counts and record all incoming and outgoing movements to maintain an updated and balanced stock ledger (Kardex). * **Organization and Maintenance:** Organize goods using the FIFO method (First In, First Out) and uphold the highest cleanliness standards required in the food industry. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months performing similar duties in warehouse, receiving, or procurement roles (preferably in food or mass-consumption sectors). * **Profile:** High sense of responsibility, integrity, meticulousness in counting, and ability to maintain order under pressure. * **Availability:** Full-time, on-site work at our facilities in Ate (Ref.
