Lead Shared Value Creation initiatives. **Position Summary:** Agricultural Services Analyst**Location:** Cajamarca \- Peru**Type:** Full-time**Reports To:** Agricultural Services Coordinator **Position Purpose:**Ensure the supply of fresh milk to the Cajamarca Plant meeting required standards of quantity, quality, and cost within the assigned responsibility zone. Additionally, drive sustainable development of producers through technical assistance, training, and implementation of livestock projects, promoting responsible sourcing practices aligned with Nestlé’s corporate principles and contributing to strengthening the company’s reputation. **A Day in the Life of...*** Ensure scheduled supply of fresh milk to the plant, implementing livestock development projects within the assigned zone. * Provide technical assistance, training, and advisory services to milk producers to improve productivity, quality, and sustainability. * Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), operational standards, and safety requirements at Cooling Centers. * Manage pilot farms and evaluate new areas with potential for dairy production development. * Manage transportation of fresh and/or cooled milk, seeking operational efficiencies and cost optimization. * Supervise suppliers and technical assistance providers, ensuring achievement of agreed objectives and work plans. * Collect, analyze, and maintain up-to-date information on pastures, livestock, productivity, and dairy sector trends. * Lead Shared Value Creation initiatives through projects and programs that improve the social, economic, and environmental conditions of producers. Comply with SHE standards and promote safe driving practices. * **What Will Make You Successful:*** Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in agricultural/livestock project management. * Minimum 2 years of experience providing technical assistance to milk producers. * Knowledge of dairy production business and dairy cattle management. * Experience working with communities, producers, and multiple stakeholders. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. **Competencies:*** Effective communication. * Stakeholder management. * Conflict resolution and management. * Results orientation. * Proactive cooperation and collaborative teamwork. * Ability to work in the field and build trust-based relationships with producers and communities. * Adaptability, initiative, and positive attitude toward challenges.
