Job Summary: We are seeking an Agricultural Technician with experience in managing laying hens to supervise bird rearing, production, and welfare on a farm. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily supervision and management of laying hens 2. Control of feeding, hydration, and avian welfare 3. Monitoring of egg production and quality **Agricultural Technician – Laying Hen Farm** We are currently seeking an **experienced Agricultural Technician** to join our laying hen farming project located in the district of **Aucallama**, opposite the Chancay Megaport. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and carry out daily management of laying hens. * Control feeding, hydration, and welfare of birds. * Monitor egg production and quality. * Implement good biosecurity practices, as well as cleaning and disinfection of facilities. * Promptly detect and report any health-related issues. * Maintain production records, feed consumption logs, and mortality records. * Coordinate basic maintenance of facilities and equipment. **Candidate Profile:** * Certified or graduated Agricultural Technician. * Proven experience in layer poultry management or commercial poultry farms. * Knowledge of biosecurity, poultry nutrition, health management, and egg production. * Responsible, committed, proactive individual capable of working independently. * Willingness to reside on-site at the farm. **Employment Conditions:** * Working schedule: Monday to Saturday. * Employment type: On-site work with on-farm residence (accommodation provided). * Work location: Aucallama, opposite the Chancay Megaport.
