JUNIOR SALESPERSON – FUNERAL SERVICES \| LINCE Grupo Memorial EIRL seeks to incorporate a Junior Salesperson interested in professional development within the commercial area. We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, communicative individual with a service-oriented mindset, eager to learn sales and build a commercial career within the company. Prior experience in the funeral sector is not mandatory. We will provide training and mentoring to help you learn our services, the sales process, and appropriate family support. Main Responsibilities: * Serve and guide potential customers. * Learn and apply our sales process. * Conduct follow-ups with prospects. * Present our services and options clearly and respectfully. * Keep customer and opportunity information up to date. * Progressively meet commercial targets. What We Are Looking For: * Experience in sales or customer service is valued but not required. * Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal rapport. * Empathy and sound judgment when supporting families during sensitive situations. * Responsibility, punctuality, and professional appearance. * Willingness to learn. * Results orientation and enthusiasm for developing a sales career. * Availability to work onsite in Lince, Lima.
