At VARGAS PAREJA LAWYERS & CONSULTANTS, we are looking for a LABOR LAW ASSISTANT with the following profile: **Requirements:** · Minimum: Law graduate or Bachelor of Laws. · More than 3 years of experience in Labor Law tasks. · Interest in developing expertise in labor legal practice. **Main Responsibilities:** · Review and analyze contracts. · Provide suggestions and/or modifications to departmental documents and templates. · Draft documents related to employment contracts, Occupational Safety and Health, Sexual Harassment, labor compliance audits, regulatory compliance, etc. · Support team workshops and training sessions. · Attend in person to manage procedures and documentation at relevant institutions. · Perform various activities providing direct support to associate attorneys. **Details:** · Career progression path. · You will directly contribute to the productivity of our operations.
