




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in food handling and culinary techniques to prepare à la carte dishes and perform mise en place. Key Highlights: 1. Verification of storage temperature according to GMP standards **Requirements:** • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. • Immediate availability • Knowledge of good food handling practices. • Proficiency in culinary techniques. • Availability to work rotating shifts **Responsibilities:** • Prepare mise en place according to specialty before service. • Prepare à la carte dishes (appetizers, cold dishes, hot dishes, sauces, etc.). • Verify correct storage temperatures of products in accordance with GMP standards. • Maintain daily Kardex records for quantities and items within the assigned area. Salary: S/.1,700.00 - S/.2,700.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
