Initial Responsibilities * Operational support to the stylist team. * Preparation of workstations. * Receiving and preparing materials. * Assisting during client services. * Progressive learning of techniques and protocols. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in work areas. Selection Process Phase 1: Initial interview. Phase 2: Observation day and workplace adaptation. Phase 3: Evaluation of attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and learning ability.
