Opportunity for growth within the Operations department **CLEANING SUPERVISOR – BUILDINGS AND CONDOMINIUMS** **Grupo MarfaPeru (GMP)**, a company specialized in comprehensive building and condominium administration, is looking for a **Cleaning Supervisor** with experience in personnel management, quality control, and supervision of cleaning services in residential buildings. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in **managing and supervising cleaning staff**. * Knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, chemical products, tools, and equipment. * Ability to organize schedules, routines, and task distribution. * Experience conducting inspections and quality controls. * Ability to handle incidents and provide immediate solutions. * Strong communication skills and leadership ability. * Responsible, organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual. * Availability to conduct supervision across multiple buildings. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise cleaning staff assigned to various buildings and condominiums. * Daily verification of **compliance with GMP-established cleaning routines and standards**. * Inspect common areas: lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases, passageways, basements, parking areas, social areas, restrooms, and other premises. * Organize and oversee the duties and responsibilities of subordinate staff. * Develop and monitor **daily, weekly, biweekly, and deep-cleaning schedules**. * Continuously train and reinforce staff on cleaning procedures and best practices. * Supervise proper staff appearance, punctuality, and **correct use of uniforms**. * Monitor proper use of cleaning products, materials, equipment, and tools. * Verify stock levels and promptly report material and supply requirements. * Identify deficiencies during inspections and ensure their **immediate correction**. * Follow up on observations reported by administrators, supervisors, Board of Directors, or residents. * Report incidents and progress via **written reports and photographic evidence**. * Coordinate coverage for staff absences due to leave, rest days, permissions, or unplanned absences. * Continuously evaluate the cleaning team’s performance. * Ensure each building maintains a **clean, orderly appearance aligned with Grupo MarfaPeru’s service standards**. * Maintain ongoing coordination with the Operations and Administration departments. **COMPETENCIES:** We seek a candidate with: * Leadership and team management skills. * Organizational and planning abilities. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Quick resolution of incidents. * Customer- and service-oriented mindset. * High sense of responsibility and commitment. **WE OFFER** * Employment with a specialized and growing company. * Job stability based on performance. * Payroll with benefits covering 50%. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth within the Operations department. **Position Type:** Full-time. **Required Experience:** Minimum 2 years in cleaning supervision. **Important:** We seek a candidate with **field experience**, capable of leading staff and conducting continuous on-site supervision at assigned buildings.
