Job Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager to manage social media platforms, create digital content, and maintain active communication with the community to boost reach and engagement. Requirements: * Professional or technical degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Design, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields, with experience in social media management and digital content creation. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Community Manager or in similar roles. * Proven experience managing social media accounts. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. * Familiarity with design and content creation tools, especially Canva. * Knowledge of social media metrics and analytics. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation. * Ability to work in an organized manner and meet deadlines. * A portfolio of previous work or managed accounts will be valued. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, create, and manage content across various digital platforms. * Develop and execute the monthly content calendar. * Manage the company’s social media accounts and maintain active communication with the community. * Create posts, stories, reels, and other content formats. * Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries. * Identify trends and generate creative proposals to enhance reach and engagement. * Monitor and analyze social media metrics. * Prepare periodic performance reports and propose improvement actions. * Coordinate the production of photographs, videos, and graphic assets when necessary. * Ensure consistent application of brand identity and messaging. * Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Salary: S/.1,130.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
