Community Manager \& AI Content Creator – Olimpo Labs At **Olimpo Labs**, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and digitally marketing-passionate **Community Manager** capable of creating high-impact content for our social media platforms using Artificial Intelligence tools. Main Responsibilities: * Plan and execute content strategy for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Write scripts, record, and edit videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms. * Use Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CapCut AI, Veo, Kling, Runway, etc.) to optimize content creation. * Develop content calendars and publication schedules. * Manage the company’s social media accounts. * Identify trends, viral audio clips, and opportunities to increase reach and engagement. * Coordinate campaigns with the marketing team. * Analyze metrics and propose improvements for social media growth. Requirements: * Experience as a Community Manager or Content Creator. * Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. * Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Canva, or similar. * Knowledge of and experience using AI tools applied to content creation. * Excellent creativity, writing, and communication skills. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and results orientation. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in e\-commerce, dropshipping, or digital marketing. * Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and TikTok Business. * Experience in smartphone-based photography and content production. Working Hours: * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Saturday:** 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * **Sunday and holidays:** Off.
