Plan, create, and record social media content. 2. Propose ideas and strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. 3. Manage advertising campaigns and monitor metrics. **JOB OPENING: CONTENT CREATOR \& SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER** **Company:** ODM Dental Studio **Salary:** S/ 2,000 per month **Location:** Lima At **ODM Dental Studio**, we are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive individual to help strengthen our digital presence and develop compelling content for our social media channels. Responsibilities * Plan and develop the monthly content calendar. * Propose ideas and strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. * Record content across the company’s various locations. * Edit videos in CapCut with a dynamic, modern, and engaging style. * Publish and schedule content on social media platforms. * Manage advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Monitor metrics and present improvement proposals. * Stay updated on trends, viral audio clips, and emerging content formats. Requirements * Experience creating social media content. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in CapCut — mandatory. * Knowledge of Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Creativity and initiative to propose new ideas. * Organizational skills and ability to work with schedules. * Availability to travel between our 15 locations across different districts of Lima. * Photography experience and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express will be considered an advantage.
