Job Summary: We are seeking a Content Manager and Community Manager to create and supervise multi-platform content, manage social media, and optimize performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Creation and supervision of graphic, photographic, and audiovisual content. 2. Social media management and coordination of audiovisual production. 3. Metrics analysis and content optimization. The Orson Welles Higher Technological Institute is looking for a **CONTENT MANAGER AND COMMUNITY MANAGER**, who must perform the following duties: * Create and supervise graphic, photographic, and audiovisual content (videos, reels, capsules, interviews, event coverage). * Manage institutional social media accounts and community engagement. * Design and implement an editorial calendar aligned with the academic calendar. * Draft institutional and educational copy. * Coordinate audiovisual production with academic and technical departments. * Analyze metrics and optimize content based on performance results. * Support admission campaigns, academic events, and institutional activities. **Requirements** * Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Production, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation and community management. * Proficiency in design and editing tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva Pro, Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar). * Experience in photography and video (camera operation, basic lighting, and editing). * Knowledge of social media management and analytics. * Creativity, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively. **Additional Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in educational institutions or training-focused brands. * Professional iPhone use, gimbal operation, and mobile recording. * Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Meta Ads). * Sensitivity toward educational and cultural communication. **Working Conditions** On-site work Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:20 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:05 PM. (Subject to operational needs, may vary to 8:00 AM to 5:20\) Location: Av. Gral.
