Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Community Manager/Content Creator to manage and develop organic content across social media platforms and communities for a language school and executive training institute.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage organic content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
2. Strong copywriting and social media video editing.
3. Participate in professional communities within the industry.
On behalf of our client—a growing language school and applied executive training institute—we are looking for the first person to take ownership of the brand’s organic content.
You will work with the publishing calendar for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as with the communities where we engage with our audience. Specifically:
* Write and schedule posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, following the editorial calendar and brand guidelines.
* Adapt content across social media platforms.
* Coordinate graphic assets with the designer and adapt designs in Canva.
* Edit short vertical videos for Reels and Stories using class recordings and teaching materials provided by instructors.
* Respond to comments and direct messages across all three platforms, and escalate purchase-intent conversations to commercial consultants.
* Participate in Facebook groups and professional industry communities, contributing valuable content.
* Deliver weekly reports on reach, engagement, and clicks per channel.
* Support coordination of free masterclasses: outreach, reminders, and follow-up with registrants.
Requirements
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields, eligible to sign an internship agreement.
* Strong Spanish copywriting skills. This is the most critical selection criterion: we seek someone who writes clearly, avoids filler words, and does not sound like AI-generated text.
* Proficient Canva usage at a production level—not just basic templates.
* Short-form video editing experience in CapCut, Premiere, or equivalent software.
* Experience using Meta Business Suite for scheduling and metric analysis.
* Understanding of LinkedIn as a professional content platform—not merely a personal profile.
* Personal equipment and stable internet connection.
Bonus Points
* Prior experience managing brand accounts—even for university projects or personal ventures.
* Interest in business, finance, human resources, or management topics: our content is technical, and you must understand it to write effectively.
* Familiarity with AI tools for content production, plus discernment in editing AI-generated output.
* Basic knowledge of Meta Ads.
Application Questions:
* Attach a portfolio or project links—audiovisual examples are mandatory.
* Tell us what motivates you to apply for this position.
* Indicate your field of study and academic year.
* Availability to start, if selected.
* Salary expectations.
