POSITION: **Multifunctional Cook** **Location:** Av. Emilio Cavenecia 170, San Isidro **Schedule:** 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Includes 1-hour break \+ lunch and dinner) REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience as a cook. * Knowledge of hot and cold kitchen operations, production, and plating. * Experience preparing à la carte dishes. * Proper management of cooking and dispatch timing. * Speed, organization, and adaptability. * Proactivity and team-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure. * Knowledge of good food handling practices. * Immediate availability. * Experience in high-demand restaurants will be valued. RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and dispatch dishes according to restaurant standards. * Support various kitchen areas as required by operational needs. * Perform daily mise en place and production. * Verify dish quality, presentation, and portioning. * Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. * Monitor proper use of supplies to minimize waste. * Follow recipes, procedures, and established standards. * Coordinate with the head chef and team to ensure efficient operations. * Assist with inventory and basic supply control when required.
