Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive cook with experience in preparing both cold and hot dishes to prepare and serve meals according to the chef's standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Efficient and organized mise en place management A Chiclayo-style restaurant based in Lima (Miraflores district) is seeking an immediately available cook who meets the following requirements and responsibilities: REQUIREMENTS: \- Proactive individual with knowledge of good manufacturing practices. \- Culinary or gastronomy education. \- Minimum one year of verifiable experience. \- Experience in preparing both cold and hot dishes. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Responsible for preparing and serving meals according to the chef's standards and recipes, while conserving allocated resources (ingredients, utensils, etc.). \- Knowledge of fish and seafood, including cutting techniques, preparation methods, and proper ingredient storage. \- Conducting inventory checks within one's assigned work area. \- Managing kitchen operations, including preparation and efficient, organized mise en place. \- Maintaining cleanliness in the assigned workstation and any other areas designated by the chef. CONDITIONS: \- Salary: S/ 1800 \+ 200 productivity bonus \- Lunch provided. \- Rotating 8-hour shifts. \- One day off per week (not on weekends).
