At **Holigram**, we are looking for a **Creative Graphic Designer** with experience, strong visual judgment, and a practical mindset—someone who can turn ideas into impactful, functional, and production-feasible proposals. We seek a candidate with a keen eye, agility, technical judgment, and hands-on experience in spatial design, activations, stands, and printed materials—a person who not only designs beautifully but also understands how to translate proposals into real-world formats, materials, dimensions, and finishes. If you enjoy creating, proposing, and designing pieces that are actually built, assembled, and come alive at events, activations, and brand spaces, this role is for you. **What will you do in this role?** * Design stands, modules, activation spaces, and print-ready graphic assets. * Develop creative and visual proposals for events, activations, and exhibitions. * Adapt designs to various physical formats: banners, vinyls, totems, panels, signage, large-format prints, and more. * Prepare final artwork and simplified production blueprints, considering dimensions, materials, and finishes. * Support the account team with visual presentations, proposals, and quotations. * Ensure every design is visually appealing, functional, and feasible within timeframes and assembly constraints. * Participate in the visual development of brand, space, and experiential projects. **What we’re looking for in you** * Completed technical or university degree in **Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields**. * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop** and/or **CorelDRAW**. * Experience in printed, modular, or volumetric material design. * Production awareness: real-world dimensions, proportions, finishes, assembly methods, and component adaptation. * Organization, speed, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong aesthetic sense, visual composition skills, and judgment to present ideas with impact. **Bonus points if you also have** * Experience in stand, event, activation, or brand implementation design. * Ability to thrive in dynamic, agency-paced environments. * Initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving capability. * Genuine interest in seeing your ideas realized—from concept to execution. **Conditions** * **Work Mode:** Full-time on-site * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * **Location:** Villa El Salvador * **Workplace:** On-site employment Workplace: On-site employment Salary: S/.1,500.00 \- S/.2,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
