Job Summary: We are looking for an organized, proactive person eager to learn and transform ideas into professional marketing and communication deliverables. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the production of institutional content and marketing campaigns. 2. Develop commercial proposals and communication materials. 3. Coordinate with the creative team and ensure visual quality of the materials. Work Modality: On-site – Miraflores, Lima At PROGRÁMATE, we seek to onboard an organized, proactive, and highly motivated individual eager to learn and join our Creative Production Center. We are not solely seeking a marketing or social media specialist. We seek someone capable of transforming ideas, commercial initiatives, and strategies into professional deliverables that strengthen our brands’ positioning. You will primarily work with PROGRÁMATE and EQUÍPATE, supporting the production of institutional content, commercial proposals, communication materials, and marketing campaigns. What will you do? Marketing and Communication * Plan and execute the monthly content calendar. * Manage our brands’ presence on LinkedIn. * Coordinate communication campaigns. * Support the organization of corporate events. * Draft newsletters and internal/external announcements. * Coordinate publications with the creative team. Commercial Production * Develop institutional brochures. * Layout commercial proposals using PROGRÁMATE’s graphic identity. * Prepare corporate presentations. * Develop success stories. * Maintain the company’s commercial library in order. * Manage versions and updates of institutional materials. Creative Production * Coordinate with graphic designers and audiovisual teams to develop graphic assets and multimedia content. * Track creative deliverables. * Ensure visual quality and consistency across all developed materials. Requirements * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Excellent organizational skills. * Strong writing and spelling proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Proficiency in Canva. * Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar is desirable. * Experience in B2B companies is desirable.
