Coordination and supervision of garment development A textile-sector company is looking for a **Development Specialist**, with experience in analyzing and technically structuring garments for production. ✅ Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in textile product development. * Knowledge of product analysis. * Proficiency in handling and preparing technical specifications. * Calculation of consumption (fabric and materials). * Knowledge of textile manufacturing operations. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ✅ Responsibilities: * Conduct technical analysis of each garment prior to production. * Prepare and validate complete technical specifications. * Calculate consumption and optimize costs. * Coordinate with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments. * Supervise samples and product improvements. * Track development progress until final approval. ✅ We Offer: * Salary commensurate with experience. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities.
