Job Summary: We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Intern to enhance our product presence on digital platforms by creating content and supporting advertising campaign management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Create and edit organic and dynamic content for TikTok and Reels. 2. Support the management of advertising campaigns on Facebook/Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. 3. Design creative strategies to promote the company's product catalog. We are looking for a **Digital Marketing and Social Media Intern** (final-year student or recent graduate) to join our team and strengthen our product presence on digital platforms. **Main Responsibilities:** * Create, edit, and publish organic and dynamic content (primarily for **TikTok** and **Reels**). * Support the management and targeting of paid advertising campaigns (**Facebook Ads / Meta Ads Manager** and **TikTok Ads**). * Design creative strategies to promote the company's product catalog. * Monitor post performance and engage with the community. **Requirements:** * Final-year student or graduate in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Advertising, or related fields. * Proficient use of TikTok and ability to create trend-oriented videos. * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads) ad administration. * High creativity, excellent writing skills, and proactivity. Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
