We are seeking a Field Ops Coordinator for our Operations team based in Lima, Peru. **What challenges await you:** * Lead end-to-end operations of assigned stores, ensuring efficiency in picking and stock receiving. * Manage inventory through effective control practices to maintain optimal stock levels. * Enhance productivity and development of our in-store team, fostering an inclusive work environment. * Monitor and optimize operational costs aligned with budget targets to maximize profitability. * Collaborate with other operations teams to implement best practices and raise operational standards. **Requirements** * Professionals with degrees in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in retail (mandatory). * Proven track record in management, leadership, and team development. * Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving ability. * Preferred: Knowledge of SQL and Power BI. **Additional Information** At PedidosYa, impact is measured not only by results but also by how we achieve them.
