Hello! At *Papaya Marketing Digital*, we are looking for a ***FILMMAKER***
Your primary objective will be to create high-quality audiovisual content that tells visually impactful stories—from pre-production through post-production.
**Responsibilities:**
* Script and storyboard development: Write or collaborate on scriptwriting and create storyboards to visualize scenes and establish the project’s tone, pacing, and visual style.
* Production planning: Organize and coordinate pre-production, location scouting, and crew management.
* On-set direction: Supervise and direct filming sessions, ensuring adherence to creative, technical, and narrative guidelines to realize the project’s vision.
* Camera and equipment setup: Configure and adjust cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to ensure technical quality of shots, working with the director of photography and technical crew.
* On-set problem solving: Handle unforeseen situations during filming—such as changes in lighting conditions, weather, performance errors, or technical failures.
* Video editing: Participate in editing the recorded footage—selecting takes, refining visual narrative, and adding effects, transitions, music, and other required elements.
* Audio post-production: Supervise or perform audio adjustments—including adding music, sound effects, and mixing audio—to achieve proper balance.
* Color grading: Adjust image color to maintain visual consistency, correct any imbalances, and deliver a professional finish.
* Collaboration with the creative team: Hold regular meetings with the team to ensure alignment with the overall vision.
**Requirements:**
* Completed university degree in Audiovisual Communication, Film, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, or related fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, managing full audiovisual projects—from pre-production through post-production.
* Advanced proficiency with editing and post-production tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.
* Solid technical knowledge of professional camera operation, lighting, audio recording, and other audiovisual equipment.
* Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities with clients and internal teams—ensuring accurate interpretation of project objectives and delivery aligned with expectations.
