Job Summary: We are seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform minor repairs, assist with furniture and equipment setup, and address operational incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. The **Christian Association of Young People of Peru (YMCA Peru)** is looking for top talent to fill the position of: **GENERAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform minor repairs related to electricity, plumbing/gasfitting, carpentry, and general maintenance. * Assist with assembly, transportation, and setup of furniture, equipment, and materials for branch events or activities. * Respond immediately to operational requests or incidents affecting daily facility operations. * Identify and report major failures to the Administrative Coordination team for referral to specialized services. * Ensure proper use, care, and storage of assigned maintenance tools, supplies, and resources. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education:** Completed Secondary Education * Technical courses in Electricity and/or Plumbing/Gasfitting * **Experience:** Up to 1 year performing similar maintenance functions for facilities, buildings, or branches. * **Practical Knowledge:** Basic repairs in electricity, carpentry, and plumbing. * **Attitude:** Proactivity, service orientation, ability to respond immediately, and teamwork. * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1800.00 * Formal payroll enrollment from Day 1 under the General Regime (with all statutory benefits). * Ongoing training opportunities. * Free Corporate Benefits (Free Gym Access + Other Institutional Benefits). * Pleasant Work Environment.
