Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic Designer to create visual content for advertising campaigns, social media, and to maintain the brand's visual identity, while also managing social media. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of graphic assets for advertising campaigns and digital content. 2. Management and activation of social media networks. 3. Collaboration in comprehensive marketing campaigns. We are **GLOBAL TALENT SOLUTION SAC**, a recruitment firm specializing in talent acquisition, and we are currently expanding our team with top-tier professionals; therefore, we require a Graphic Designer: **Responsibilities:** * Design graphic assets for advertising campaigns (banners, flyers, ads, etc.). * Create visual content for social media, websites, and other digital channels. * Adapt designs to various formats and digital communication channels. * Develop and maintain an updated campaign and content calendar. * Produce and edit promotional videos, reels, and audiovisual content. * Prepare mockups and visual improvement proposals for the website. * Ensure proper use of the brand’s visual identity. * Manage and activate social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), including content creation and community management tasks. * Supervise and coordinate with the design assistant for graphic asset production. * Monitor website metrics: speed, technical errors, traffic, and bounce rate. * Propose website prototypes and redesigns aligned with brand identity. * Collaborate with the marketing team in executing comprehensive campaigns. **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. * Intermediate knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Premiere. * Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong spelling skills and familiarity with advertising copywriting. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
